I like cats better. They are quiet when they walk around the house. I don't see how them being excited to see you all the time is a good thing. I want a pet that loves me, but not one that's so dumb that it freaks out and jumps all over you everytime you enter the house. A meow is a cuter sound than a bark. Cats purr when they're happy and it's a nice soothing sound. Dogs wag their tails and bark when they're happy and it puts me on edge. Even if cats are dirtier germ-wise, their breath smells better and their fur looks cleaner than dogs. Cats rub against your legs and it feels really nice. Dogs jump on your legs and scratch at them and lick them and it's kind of gross.

Cats still eat you when you die.

Where the heck does that come from? I've never heard that. Also, I don't really care. If my body could go to a hungry cat, that's fine, it's not doing me any good once I'm dead.

You're lame.

Look who's talking! You like cats even though they eat you when you die. That thought doesn't even cross dogs' minds. They would rather die than live on without their masters. Cats don't really care that their masters are dead. They probably just wait for their masters to get up and give them food, but they never get food and they just eat their masters for a few good meals. Sick.

Okay, so I've done some reading and apparently there are cats that eat their masters when they die. I still don't think it's a big deal. I really don't care if a cat eats me when I die. Cats are smart enough to take care of themselves even if their master is dead. Dogs just mope and protect the body that they're too dumb to realize doesn't really need protecting. Cats are smarter than dogs, you have to at least admit that. If you were to put a cat in the middle of the wilderness it would have a good chance of survival. If you put a dog in the middle of the wilderness, it doesn't stand a chance.

Well, you've never seen '8 Below.' Plus, in 'Homeward Bound' the only animal that couldn't handle itself in the wild was the cat. She always needed rescueing. Cats are so stupid that they can't even love. Dogs aren't stupid because they don't eat their masters. Kids don't eat their parents if their parents die. Are you saying that cats are smarter than human children?

Ummm...Homeward Bound was fiction.
